Best way to motivate members of your downline to become team leaders is to ask them what lifestyle they want to live and how fast they want to reach that goal.
Ask them being EA how are they planning to reach their goal. How long they want to wait to reach their goal. What are the steps they want to take to reach that goal.
Find out from them if they understood the compensation plan.
Show them in a table if they take actions REMAINING EA how long will it take them to earn their target income .
Show them in a table if they become Team leader and duplicate their actions through their downline how long will it take to reach their financial goal and what will be the profit they will earn in how many months. This table should have field to enter the number of PSAs who will be EA2 and it should show the income for 6 months from now . It should also have field to enter for the number of EA2 PSAs for each of the EA2 PSAs
Explain them the table and the calculation and matching points and the direct commissions and how they have been considered while arriving the income .
It will be evident from the table that if the no of EA2 PSAs increase in your downline and if we help all of them to duplicate the same , we can reach our financial goals faster than just being EA and not expanding the downline of EA2.
