Well, the best way is to give them an incentive. Do a contest and let them know that you mean business. You have to do this to ONLY THOSE WHO ARE YOUR MOVERS. They are the prospects i will suggest that you work on. I do this a lot for my team and its working, especially since they know i mean what i say. Let them understand too, what the benefits of being a team leader does to their pay check. When one of my up line showed me the benefits of being a Bronze team leader, i made up my mind to go for it the second time but this time with a calculated insight.
When personally, i saw the advantage of being a bronze team leader, i did everything i could to make it happen but i made a mistake along the line. i was supposed to help one of my team members who was close to it, so that i could earn just the little action point required for it, but it was too late, but it made me a better sponsor.
I learnt that to motivate them, help those close to it to attain the position, may be 10T credit or as they may require it and you will be amazed at the result. Not only that, tell them to do the same.
The bottom line, help those closer to it to attain the position and teach them how to maintain it,with very little to invest. many may be scared of the financial aspect of it. let them know that every successful enterprise has had to flourish on calculated and analyzed risks, that every investment made in SFI comes back to them in their paycheck at the end of the month.
