The best way to motivate members of our down line to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs is to:
1. Explain the benefits/compensation plans applicable to EA to Different levels of
Leadership Positions;
2. The ways and means to achieve the different Leadership levels;
3. The disadvantage of just remaining EA;
4. How to create strong down lines?
5. How to motivate, inspire and activate all inactive Members of the Team?
6. How to be an awesome Sponsor?
Above all, when we demonstrate all these through our OWN example, our Team Members will certainly be motivated to put in their best effort to create their own Team which means they are growing continuously!!
Everything begins from the Leaders/Sponsors!!
Gery Carson, the Founder of SFI has amply demonstrated all these!! Its time for us NOW to duplicate!!!
