They need to know and appreciate the value of being a Team Leader, its benefit and perks as well as the associated responsibilities and also how rewarding it can be.
I would start with the Benefits Chart at https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart that clearly outlines the major difference between an EA and a Team leader – I would pointout in particularly - VersaPoint Matching and the monthly allotments of Second Home CSAs that a Team Leader receives.
I would explain VersaPoints Matching and how lucrative this could be but they need to be Team leaders with active team members.
I would also speak about Second Home CSAs. About how they become Second home CSAs and the fact that they are part of their teams and that as a Team Leader you benefit from their activities with matching VP etc.. Obviously, the more CSAs they have the better.
I would also point out to them that as a Team Leader they also receive VP for persons they sponsor and support to EA2 and above level each month. They can find this in the ‘To-Do-List.’ https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list
They also need to know that as team leader and to greatly benefit from it they will need to lead a team. That means building a team of their own, sponsoring and teaching them. It will not always be plain sailing but oh the great pleasure, pride and satisfaction of being able to help someone and see them become successful affiliates. How rewarding!
I would also look at giving my workers an incentive to motivate them to reach and maintain Team leader level. This could be entry into co-ops, reassignment of PSAs, gifts etc
