1..Starting contests in the team is very motivating and if you keep the minimum qualifying requirements of lets say a Bronze Team Leader, EA's will try and achieve this.
2..To stress the importance of climbing up the ladder can be a self motivating factor. Wanting to achieve a higher rank and then maintaining the rank can be challenging but it trains the EA to understand how to reach leadership status.
3..Emphasizing the benefits of being a team leader and the impact it has on matching VPs and income can be another motivator
Without an active team, it would be prudent to also train the EAs to recruit more PSAs and get them to become active-this will motivate them to build a stronger foundation and a business too.
