This is an excellent question. Although Many can go on and on about this topic, I would like to keep it short and sweet.
Our role within SFI includes being leaders, Mentors, Followers, Teachers, Advisers, and Business Owners.
We must put effort into SFI in order to see a return of some sort. If we choose to be enthusiastic towards our approach with SFI, and interaction with our affiliates, they in turn will follow your lead. Its important to do as we teach also, in order to remain accountable to our affiliates. We must practice what we preach :)
