I was thinking that you have one or more prospect who really wants to know more about SFI and this is a good sign to you too because your prospect asked you this kind of question. It’s very seldom that we can fine that kind of prospect everywhere. Regarding your prospect now, I was thinking that might be he or she is a good internet marketer or leader from other company who like to know more about SFI. Who knows? When he asking you like that, you must be very careful to answer the question because this kind of prospect might be a type of a person who is willing to know everything about what you do in SFI and could be these is the diamond in the rough!
If I were you, I will answer him like easy step as per below;
1. To promote good practice in my SFI team in accordance with ordinary life principles, and in line with all SFI policies and procedures.
2. If you are AFF, EA2 or Team Leader – Explain to your prospect, what is your role as per your rank or level in SFI and the benefits of each rank.
3. Your role as a Sponsor/Co-Sponsor – Explain what you do – explain the differences between Sponsor and Co-Sponsor. Before, I have been asked by one of my CSA since the first day she join my team. She asks me, what is Co-Sponsor role? I let her know that the role of being Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is not far difference. First leader, Second Leader.
4. To Support and participate in teamwork with downline (PSA, CSA in top 100 Mover and Gen 2-12) recreational activities in line with downline care plans, including day tips and ideas.
5. Easy to promote choice and involvement about SFI and TripleClicks product and guide to help downline, how to sell and share product to earn extra Income.
6. Work like a Pro - To ensure and apply the system of duplication to all my downline work in a way that demonstrates an understanding and commitment to their business with SFI.
7. Positive Attitude - To be a great leader we must have an honesty, reliability and trustworthiness to our downline. Positive attitude will show your image to the community of SFI and your downline as well.
8. Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort and also to Motivate & inspire team members.
9. To lead by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with words Facilitate problem solving & collaboration and to intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues of my PSAs, CSAs or A2A friend.
10. Support new team members in working through induction program, ensure that they have the necessary knowledge to effectively participate on the team.
My role in SFI is to work as Team Leader of the team in the provision of care and support services for a person with commitment, persistence learning disabilities, autism and/or behaviors that may challenge; which aims to maximize the potential of individuals in line with ordinary life principles.
