Your role in SFI is not as an employer. You do not offer jobs. What you are is a business consultant, a trainer, a team leader, a business builder.

You gather together a group of people who are interested in making more money than they are doing now, who want financial freedom, who want to be free from a day to day job. You will show them how to set up and build their own businesses. Some of these people will know what they need to do, others will have never owned their own business and only know how to be an employee.

You will teach duplication, responsibility, investing strategies, and sales and recruiting techniques.

And you will tell them that eventually they also will be doing these things once they are knowledgeble and their business foundation is set up.
