1. Employee has to work under a boss. Tell the affiliates that He/She should not work under a boss. In SFI you are the boss.
2. Employee gets a fixed salary and its limited to some industry standards, but But in SFI if the affiliate grows the business they get lucrative income through commissions and also they get residual income for duplication.
3. An Employee has more working hours, where as In SFI Business you can work in your flexible timings.
4. Most of the Employees not play games with their work load but in SFI you can play numbers of Eager Zebra games. And of course there are also have contests to win prizes.
