There may be many reasons why someone, who were active before, becomes inactive at a later stage. It might be (And that is the biggest reason according to me), because with the Getting Started and Intermediate Actions and Launchpad Lessons it is too easy to get a lot VP in a short time, but when you done all of them you have nothing left for the next few months to get VP that easily. That is when PSA’s who don’t have the funds for a SO, falls out or get inactive.
To prevent this from happening with your PSA’s or CSA’s, teach them how to use their free actions wisely, by only doing the right amount of them together with their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions to get just 1500VP in their first and second month at least. In those 2 months you must also teach them to sponsor as many as possible PSA’s of their own, that by their third month they can be self-reliant for their VP requirements, without having to get a SO.
In the months to follow, just keep on communicating with them to keep them motivated and help them with any problems they may have. Incentives in the form of Gift cards, TCredits, Wave3 membership or anything else that might be attractive to them, can also be used to motivate the stars in your down line. Try to help those who struggle a lot, but ultimately, work with the workers.
