This is a cross we all must bear. It's part and parcel of our kind of business and no matter how much we try to help and motivate our team, others will just quit when the going gets tough. It's the natural attrition that we need to accept.
But if you keep on losing active people regularly, then it's probably time to review your strategies. I would be worried too. It may affect your performance and may cloud your judgment about helping new people joining your team, and supporting your other workers.
So I would review the SFI Rules of Success, put more effort in sponsoring new affiliates, refer more ECAs, and get more customers to generate sales, and just focus on the future and move on.
Focus your thoughts on the outcome you do want and watch them become your reality. The active people you lost are now history.
