There may be different reasons active people become inactive. Some reasons we can influence and some reasons we cannot influence.
The best thing a leader can do is to develop a personal rapport with each of the active member( Relationship). A leader should use all the communication tools possible to reach the active members regularly such as Team mail, personal mail, Phone, Social networking etc.
The next responsibility is to contribute in the success of the team member.
So if from the time we have a team, if we follow these responsibilities, we shall come to know the reason why the members are not active . In fact we shall come to know who is going to be active and who is going inactive.
Are we Supporting the MOVERS from our TEAM ? What sort of Personal rapport we have with them? Have we tried to develop it?
And I would say that even after our best efforts active people are lost, we need not be impatient.If we are so much worried about losing active people it means we are not sponsoring enough affiliates and we have some STOPPAGES in ourselves . We have to remove these stoppages and have to move ahead. The more we remove stoppages from ourselves the more productive we become and our productivity shall be reflected in our communication with the existing team members and overall position, ranking , badges and other activities of SFI and tripleclicks and ultimately our Income.
