Keep in mind that we all have personal lives out there. Something may have happened to your downline that prevented him from logging in for a while.
In my example, I have an active member who was suddenly quiet for some time. I finally sent an E-card asking if everything is alright. He replied back saying that his home was hit by a typhoon and he just got back eletricity to login.
Obviously he was gone again after that but I assume it was to get his personal life back together again before turning his focus back on SFI.
What can you do? Be a friend. Don't just concentrate on the business alone, but extend a hand of friendship. They may have gone into surgery, had an accident, and many other possibilities. It must be something really big to get an active affiliate suddenly not logging in.
Business is business but sometimes a friend is what you relly need.
