In any business, career, or program the decision to join that particular venture or field is a personal and individual one. The initiative must come from the person and in the same context, the decision to leave SFI is a personal one.
My advice is that you cannot fret over such uncertainties in your business but be prepared for such eventualities - look at it as one of the hazards of having a team that may take you up the ranks or leave you completely disintegrated. It is a risk you have to take.
You cannot force any of your affiliates to stay if they have made up their mind to leave but you can prevent this scenario by being the best sponsor you can be. Work with your team diligently and keep in mind that you cannot be robotic in your quest to motivate your team. Get personal, share experiences with your team members and build a relationship that will take your business forward. It is a lot easier to move your team members if they are more of your friends than if they are just some affiliates in some part of the world helping you get to where you want or wish.
This is not to say that there is any bearing on you if you have affiliates leaving the program. Think positive and build your team daily. Do not stop once you have a few active affiliates thinking they will remain with you forever. See it from a perspective of an employee who keeps changing jobs for greener pastures - reinforce upon your affiliates that SFI is a better paymaster than any other program there is online and prove this with your input. Be enthusiastic with your business because that is the only way you will pass on that enthusiasm down to your team.
If you are not more than 100% passionate about SFI, there is no way you will prevent other active affiliates from leaving.
