There could be many reasons why some start off being active, than suddenly stop. You might never know the true reasons on why they stop.
What you could do is make sure that you are not being too pushy or demanding of one, to take the actions that you want them to do.
For everyone works at their own pace, which might not be what your pace might be.
Keep your communications down to about once a week. If you are constantly writing them on a daily or many times in one week, this could be annoying and their interest might float away.
By just letting them know that you are there for them when they need you, and if they are interested in working SFI, they will contact you with their questions.
Make sure that you do respond quickly to their mails, and do your best to find the answers that they are seeking. If you do not know the answer and cannot find the answer from the many resources available, than post in the forum and get back to them that you don't have the answer, but you are seeking some help to get them the answer as quickly as possible.
Do not push on having one get a Standing Order quickly. They must first learn a little bit about SFI before they might want to make any type of financial investment.

Be friendly and try to be informative the best you can. When you send your group mails, send the latest News updates to keep them informed in case they missed it, or your favorite quotes, or tips.
Check your Block list and see if anyone has blocked you and why, this might help you to improve where you might have been lacking.

If you do all you can to be the best sponsor that you can, and if they choose to leave, don't take it to heart.
This program is not for everyone, it is for the ones that want a change with their own situations and are willing to work for it.
