Its an important question, you have asked, most of us also have such an experience. The means of ‘Duplication’ is what you are, create a clone of yours, simple what quality, knowledge, experience, traits, business attitude and patience you have, the same is perfectly transfer or create in your ‘Duplication.’
Now we come to the point that the affiliates who were doing nice, good/ giving perfect performance, then what happened; persuade them to ‘Quit? We must discuss the problem, they face and sort out them logically, clear and try to make them understand the concept of the business.
In my views, its mistake/ mislead of ours when we referring/ introducing someone, the business opportunity given by SFI. We simply told that it’s a great, free business and people motivated to join, they do what we say- how to be a ’Fast Tracker’, easy way to become EA; from where they secure VPs; we often advice them to do log in daily, complete the given assignment in ‘To-do-list’ and other ‘Red tabs’ to secure VPs, go to alerts and vote on ‘Ask Sc’ for free entry to ‘Daily Grand’, these are our preferences to educate them, we never told them why it is necessary and what is the actual concept of the business which make them clear how to stay at SFI?
When we personally sponsored or we get them from SFI as CSAs, we only concentrate them giving welcome, greeting and tips, as I have discussed above but we knowingly and unknowingly we never tell them what will be their next step when they qualify as an EA, we think, they we automatically understand after taking their training successfully but we avoid that only in that time they are only focusing how to collect VPs and get the next status, we should simultaneously discuss that there are so many status in SFI as EA, BTL,STL,GTL and PTL and let them understand the differences between the level taking ‘Compensation Plan’. AS the difference come to understand, the change in mentality occur automatically, every concept will be clear why they are here and for success what they have to do?
Most of the people ‘Quit’ due to investment because they were told its quite free and when they realize that investment is necessary, they think they were cheated; if we when introducing this opportunity, we must discussed that I want to start some business, open some store or showroom, is there required any investment, infrastructure, products and other necessary staffs and requirement? How much investment is required open a showroom with 5 to 10 products of different category?
And now tell them what SFI is providing, how much investment is required, how much product you sell? Etc., this will lead them to mature this opportunity not only to join but to success.
As a leader, sponsor, its our duty to educate them honestly, so they join SFI not only for joining and experience or learning or to get mislead or misunderstand the concept of business at SFI but to success, established themselves as an entrepreneurs.
