Keep a contact list of your prospects. If they don't redeem the gift cards soon,notify them about the time frame you scheduled for re-assigning if they don't redeem their gift card.
This is easily done whith digital codes,but for physical cards you shoul copy the codes provided to be able to re-print and re-assign them.
