I think the best way to recruit new ECAs is to start with small local businesses that I am familiar with and know the owners or managers. The ECA brochures are great to introduce the program. Then I can answer questions they have in person and emphasize the benefits for their business. I also carry my Android tablet (that I got with MRP points from Tripleclicks) with me and am able to actually show them the Website. This is impressive and gets their attention.
