The only thing you can ensure in SFI is that you are doing the very best you can in everything you do.
In any kind of internet marketing you can only expect about a 2% response. The Gift cards CAN significantly raise that percentage because (1) if you already know the people you give a card to, they will thank you after they have logged in and had a chance to look around in Triple clicks, (2) if you don't know them well when you hand them a gift card, see No. (1) above and (3) if you don't know them and gave them the card electronically, you will know they have redeemed the card when you see their name in your PRM List AND in the size of your commission checks because when they get into TripleClicks, they will often buy SOMETHING.
If they are NOT used and you have their e-mail address, you could send them a short note explaining that they are missing out on some really great things by not redeeming the FREE gift you gave them but in NO WAY can you put any pressure on them. You must keep the 1 and ONLY 1 reminder that you gave them something valuable and it costs them nothing to use very light and friendly. Again, I emphasize, you should not remind them more than once you gave them a FREE gift and that they are under NO OBLIGATION to use it and that you will NOT CONTACT them again unless they want you to.
