There is no particular measuring tool to measure someone’s success except performance. Performance is the best way to measure success not only in SFI but everywhere
Success related to work and work related to performance. If you follow up your daily work in SFI effectively and in proper way – success will come on that measurement
At the time of set your monthly goal, keep a note book and pen beside as most of the peoples become confused to set actual target in Goal tab. Note down your actual expectation and target in the note book separately which you can tally at the end of the month with your Goal tab. You would be able to take necessary action to fulfill your expectation and proper target, if needed, in the last week of the month
Keep a sharp look and review daily your genealogy, movers and scoreboard tabs. Your responsibility is to trace out the faults, if any, in these tabs. Hope you are well aware how to drive away the fault/s to communicate with your team. If you find that your team is going in smooth way – there is no problem. In case of NOT – you have to take necessary action immediately
In the last day of each month your scoreboard would show your success automatically as per your performance throughout the month
This is the best way to measure your success in SFI
