Every month we need to review our growth and progress in terms of:
1. How our Team Members perform?
2. Whether any one opted out?
3. Are we able to convince him to be back?
4. How many new PSA enrollments we did &
5. How many CSAs added?
6. What is the status of Team Members?
7. What action we took to help them reach the next Leadership level?
8. How many TripleClicks products we promoted/sold?
9. Whether any ECA was created/added by us?
10.How much earnings we have received viz-a-viz our team members?
When all these things are reviewed/measured we can know to what extent we have succeeded and what needs to be done further to remain successful!!
