Yes, not all approaches work for everyone. It may not actually be your approach that is flawed, it may be others reaction to your efforts that is not working.
For instance, if you hold a contest rewarding free child toys for winners...but, hold your contest at a retirement home, filled with those not interested in toys, it would not be your approach that is not working, but rather those that you are approaching that have no interested in what you have to share.
If people are interested, they will want to be an affiliate with SFI, if they are not interested, they will not.
Either way, do not be afraid to share the SFI experience with everyone. This is a great opportunity, since it never obligates others to buy, anything.
Also, even if you were to hold a contest for free toys at a retirement home...I am sure someone there would enter to win free toys...after all, they could have children in their family that would enjoy toys...
But, just because you pick the retirement home that is filled with people with no interest in free toys, does not mean this approach is flawed...people will still eventually be interested if you do not give up...but, it would be best to go to pre-schools, child day cares, nursery schools, and places better to accept free toys.
The same is true for SFI, a FREE to earn while you earn, business opportunity.
Reach out, with any approach you feel comfortable with, but...know your audience, well. It is also wise not to advertise a business opportunity at a retirement home, because it is not often these are the ones that wish to go back to work...but, maybe, you may reach a few staff workers there.
Be sure that your approach is flawed, and not those you are approaching, instead.
If you still believe it is your approach, try encouraging others to approach you, instead...wear SFI shirts, hats, and other merchandise encouraging others to approach you to answer questions, put a bumper sticker on your car and always keep business cards, and/or gift cards available.
Look mostly for business oriented, and like-minded people to approach. These are mostly the ones that will be interested. Place flyers at colleges, libraries, Laundromats, apartment buildings, and other places where people like to learn and read. Those that learn to earn while they earn, are likely readers like people at libraries, colleges, and other places like this.
As long as you are approaching people, it really does not matter how much you think it may be flawed...with practice, you will gain experience, and no longer feel like the approach is flawed.
Never give up on approaching others with the SFI Opportunity.
