Start with question: what do I want to accomplish: bigger team, TC selling commissions or else? Until you define this you can't succeed.
If a team is primary goal - ADVERTISE on every social networks page you can (but do not spam or you'll be blocked). At least 10 ads a day with address of your personal blog (with registration button). Be creative, be persistent, be honest.
If a commissions are what interested you, create online selling blog or website and go! Website is better for this purpose but its you to decide. You can also create web site especially for TC auctions. In this case, you will be payed for every Tcredit your customers buy (read about this in SFI materials).
Something of this must work, all together works great!
