Therefore, I think you need to work out a detailed plan of where you would like to be in the next three to five years, then break that into smaller achievable goals.
Each month review your progress of the last month. If the month was not so good, you should immediately scrutinize the actions to see where you encountered obstacles or where you slipped. Then review your goals to see what needs to be adjusted. Try to fix all problems. If possible consult your upline and never be afraid to ask for assistance.
