Hi,
Do you really mean no success, or not as much success as you wanted or expected?
Either way, I would start by analysing what you've done over the past year. Identify exactly what it is that you're disappointed with. Are there some areas of your business that are doing well, but others that aren't? Were your initial goals too ambitious or too vague? Did you not have enough money or time to invest, or not as much as you thought you'd have?
Next I would go back through the SFI rules of success and the LaunchPad lessons to see if there are any key things there that you've missed, or neglected.
I would draw a line under the last year, take some time to debrief yourself and note down the things that you've done well, the things that you tried, and whether they worked or not, and the things that you've learned. I think you'll be surprised at how far you've come and how much you've learned! And that should encourage you!
Lastly I would make a new plan! Set some new goals, make them realistic and achievable as far as you can tell, but not too easy! Form some specific questions for things you would like answers to and submit them to the forum.
And maybe most importantly, don't beat yourself up! The past is done! Learn from it and move on! Don't let discouragement defeat you! You can make this succeed if you want to!
I hope you manage to turn it around and turn it into a successful business!
