Well, I am not sure if this is stealing an idea, but I will tell you the incentives that recruited me. So these are really my up line sponsor's ideas.
1. The promise I would receive my own affiliates. My sponsor told me if I got to 1500 vp before the month's end I would receive 2 affiliates from SFI and 2 from her. This was huge. I did not really believe it. But imagine my excitement when I received 4 CSAs and 5 PSAs. I was ready to work.
2. Personal attention was my second big incentive. The offer of PSAs opened my eyes, but personal attention got me moving. Personal attention got me believing the promise. And it was email that was obviously written personally to me. My sponsor reviewed my VP Ledger, read my profile and spoke directly to me about what I needed to do next. I felt like she knew me. Then she shared her Facebook info and I read some nice posts there about her life, I saw some fun pictures and I even sent her a post. We were becoming friends.
3. I made 500 VP my first day and my sponsor sent me 200 prospect leads. I saw she was going to keep her promises and though the leads were a small thing it motivated me to reach for the greater prizes. I mailed those leads 5 people a day, personal like she was with me, just as she told me to do.
Now I am bronze every month without hardly trying. Just do my dailies and cultivating fun, meaningful relationships with my Team and my leaders.
