You, the team leader must lead by example. The leader must INSPIRE the team to achieve new heights. They must set the standard that they want the team to follow and duplicate. Your badges are great examples of your activities so don’t expect your team to do things you won’t do.
Get the team excited. Competitions are a good way to get your team motivated. Give a reward for goals achieved, no matter how big or small. After all every small goal met is a step towards achieving the next goal. Send out a weekly newsletter to everyone in your team. You could include tips for new people, recognition of goals or levels met or ideas for building your SFI business. Be informative and be regular.
Ask for feedback from your team. Get ideas from other individuals on what works for them how they have benefited and share it in future newsletters with the rest of the team.
Communication cannot be overemphasized. You have to encourage feedback and get the communication going two ways ( the ones who give you feedback on a regular basis are likely to be your active affiliates so those are the ones you will likely have to work with.
Once the communication starts to flow back and forth ask for their ideas and opinions, get tips on what works for them and share it with the rest of the team
It may take time to get your team actively involved but if you are consistent you will achieve exactly what you want.
