In the back of there mind,I can remember something I learned at a business meeting with Big Al.He said think about your new business as a progressive business.
You are building houses.By yourself it takes you 6-12 months to complete one.Hiring workers to help you ( referrals) that are enthusiastic workers, allows you to earn on the work of others.
I think of 12 months.I make $1 the first month.Double that each month.What am I making after 12 months?
So you need 5 people who are enthusiastic about their business. You help them succeed, then you gain success. They push you up the success ladder.
