Hello Gias
Great question but there is no simple answer. Sorry. Success is a matter of attaining your expectations or goals. You should not compare your own success to that of others as they have different ideas of success that are based on their own goals.
I have been with SFI since 2006 and have reached 'success' several times, only to set higher goals for myself so I can be successful again.
I took a look at your profile and your best tip indicates that you may have to change the way you think about SFI and Tripleclicks. Here are my suggestions for you to reach YOUR SUCCESS
+ Know what your success is going to be. Set goals for yourself and write them down (in a book so it is REAL) with a date you can commit to. Be realistic and ensure your goals are realistic.
+ You probably need to go back to the
SFI Basics - https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics
and go back over the Launchpad Lessons - https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/
Read, Understand and Apply what you read.
+ The 3 Basics Steps are the most profitable with SFI - https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
+ If your sponsor is active you should communicate with them and have them help you with advice. This will also show you are serious about your business. Any good sponsor will welcome your inquiries.
+ Be proud of your SFI business and tell people about it. Start building their interest in what you are doing until they ask how they can get involved.
+ If you cannot find people in your own circles that wish to join you at SFI start looking for other circles to join. You can do this through local organisations or through social media.
+ Invest in purchasing some PSAs from Tripleclicks. The more you sponsor the more you will find your workers who will bring you success.
I hope this is helpful Gias and you take the time to realise have already reached success because you have asked this question.
