I've been with Sfi for almost 2 months and what I understand is that it is a business and you are the owner and like all businesses your staff can make or break you.
I would suggest that you look at the strategies you have been using for the past year and see what worked and did not.
Keep what worked for you and twick that did not work especially your advertising and the attention you gave your affiliates.
As the owner you also need to put in time and build a sound foundation, you might have to tear down a bit of what you have built so far and rebuild
Most importantly give your active affiliates attention, congratulate them on their achievements, give them incentives and encouragement.
That will keep your affiliates (staff) happy and eager to perform
