Personally I believe that before introducing any one, we should thoroughly explain about SFI business.
We should also know and understand the back ground, support of the family, attitude, etc of the person whom we try to introduce to SFI Business.
Till such time the person becomes an Executive Affiliate (even after that also) we should continue to stay in touch with him regularly, possible speak to him personally and motivate him so that he will be highly encouraged to continue with SFI Business.
We should show proof of our growth and success in SFI and we should explain how the same was achieved over a period of time(and not just like that)!!
In short, we should lead by our own example so that our down lines will be highly inspired to carry on duly understanding that patience, perseverance and duplication are key factors to be successful in SFI Business!!!
