Hello, nice question I would first consider, asking what was their expected goals with SFI? And what time frame did they want to reach those goals? A lot of people join expecting to have instant money pouring in. You should treat SFI as a business, because it is your own personal business. If a PSAs, CSAs says they want to quit there is not really much to say to them, they pretty much made up their mind at that point. You could let them know this is a long term business and success comes with work, dedication, and willpower. Most companies take time to get on top.
