First two months is very easy to become an EA status. From third month on-wards it is difficult to become an EA. To be an EA status you should have minimum 1500 VP. Therefore, my suggestion is to be as an EA every month, you refer people under you at least 5 people. When they come to second month you will get from them 100 VP from each person, therefore you will get 500 VP from 5 members. Through this way you can achieve the status of EA.
So you refer 5 members every month. If you work hard like this at least 3 months and make them to be active and ask them also to do the same. So definitely you will get 1500 VP every month without any investment.
