Who wouldn’t want to attain the highest level of being a Team Leader by becoming a Platinum Team Leader (PTL) in SFI? I believe every SFI affiliate should aspire to become one in order to enjoy the benefits.
First I’m going to show you the benefits of being a Platinum Team Leader to give you an inspiration and be motivated to go for it. Here are the benefits:
- Direct Commissions 45% CV from your PSAs/PRMs, including earning VPs from purchases made by your PRMs and 15% CV from your CSAs.
- You’re entitled to earn additional income through SFIPPA (SFI Pay-Per-Action).
- Participate in TripleClicks Executive Pool. As PTL you’ll have the opportunity to receive matching VPs on all EA2’s in your downline within 12 levels including your CSAs.
- Earn ECA royalties for life by referring companies selling products.
- You’ll get all the privileges of being an SFI affiliate which includes access to affiliate center, free TripleClicks membership, VIP title, free 20 TCredits/month starting on EA2 level, get paid instantly to your TC MasterCard, access to wholesale prices at TripleClicks, receive 2 CSAs/month, 4 shares of Second Home CSAs, express affiliate support, create own SFI-approved ads and promotions and so on.
Now that you have seen the summary of benefits above, what’s the best strategy to achieve that rank? By reviewing the requirements of becoming a PTL you can create the best strategy for you. The best strategy for me might not be the best for you. You’ll have to consider factors like geographical location, your economic situation and so on.
To become PTL:
- accumulate 6000 VPs or more. The VP requirement is consist of 1500min/2000max Sales VPs and 4000 Action VPs.
- maintain Leadership Page and a minimum 3-star sponsor rating. The 3-star rating requirement is waved if TL has less than 5 ratings from PSAs.
Most of the work involved in fulfilling the requirements above lies in the accumulation of 4000 Action VPs and this should be your main focus.
The best strategy to achieve the PTL rank:
- set a goal of sponsoring certain numbers of new affiliates. This will depend on your time and effort, budget, advertising media and methods of advertisement.
- Train and support new affiliates to become EA2s. This will require your time and effort as you establish trust in your team building.
- Encourage EA2s to become TLs by using the power tools, such as S-Builder Co-op, PSAs To Go, Reassignment/Gift Certificate Mgr and so on.
- Train and support them in building their own team.
- Communicate and follow-up your team’s activity consistently.
