This is a question that I have thought about a lot lately.
If I could start all over today and know what I now know I would not delay in getting started. By delaying getting started I lost out on a lot of things assosciated with the E365 program. I would also have studied the training sections better, especially the ones concerning recruitment and training (duplication) and leadership, I lost quite a few team members by not being an effictive leader. Also I would have taken advantage of the marketing methods and tools sooner.
