Whether you are distributing TC gift cards, W3 Cards, your SFI business cards, there is no substitute for a personal touch/contact in any business relationship. This is my strong belief.
When you meet the person and give them the TC Card, it has a better impact and you are able to explain and answer questions over a cup of coffee or drink. This has a more positive effect then just digitally sending a prospect a number or code. Also remember that during your personal meeting, you will also be able to talk about other aspects of TripleClicks and that includes T Credits and other products that may interest the prospect. Its a lot easier to diversify your conversation in person.
It is also possible that you can enroll the prospect onto TC immediately when in person and I like to also talk about gift and other products that might interest the prospect. You might be able to make a sale at that time.
I find that a personal contact is definitely a lot more effective and wherever possible, I prefer to make that contact as it enhances my relationship with the prospect in more ways than just using the initial reason to distribute TC gift cards.
