After thinking for a while about what you're really asking, I would have to say that the answer is No, and you don't have any other 'good' options at this time. A website or blog is only a tool. Until you have some idea what a tool really does, or how to use it, why would you buy one?
You need to start with some basics. Go and get a free blogger account, and learn how to use that first. I say blogger because its integrated with Google better than the others (see: http://blogger.com). Anyhow, get an account there, and just blog about what you're learning. You can get some books from the library on basic internet and blogging stuff, or you can buy some of the ebooks in your TC section. Do some searches about things that you think you might want to learn about. Focus more on the marketing and promoting than on the website/blog.
Selling things on the internet is about marketing, promoting, and selling. Your website/blog is like a shop, and your home page is like the shop window. The website address is like the shop's name and address.
Figure out what it is that you want to do, and why you want to do it. Once you've done that you'll know what your better options will be, and perhaps be ready to open up a shop. If you've been running a free blog for a few months, and learned how to integrate the various Google and Bing tools, you'll know whether or not a VeryVIP package is right for you.
