Don't we all wish we had a "30 seconds short message" that tells convincingly the SFI story, its past success and its great future?
That is the way to show to anybody the potential of this great business of which we all are proudly part.
I. First Observation: Let your Team Members see by themselves
One is never fully convinced unless and until one realizes something him/herself.
Do not try too hard to show people.
Rather ask the questions on what motivate them and provide them with the SFI facts and figures that match their motivational process.
II. Use the Facts and Figures that tell the Great SFI Success Story.
We have at out disposal all the information we need to illustrate the past 15 years of SFI's continued success. Use that information wisely and efficiently
III. Show your Belief in the Future of SFI.
We all are fully convinced that SFI's future is even brighter that its past.
Show that conviction to your team.
IV. Display your pride for being an SFI Affiliate and Team Leader
This is your most important marketing and promoting tool.
You will attract and maintain affiliates only if you share with them your pride and accomplishments as an SFI Affiliate and team leader.
This is the work that is cut out for us.
