When you are writing content for your blog, article, or other advertising, you definitely shouldn't lie or say that you have had achievements that you have not had time to reach yet. You can definitely, however, refer to those people that have. Being able to quote an expert and even to share proof, such as a link to an income statement or other published statistics gives what you are saying much more power than just an opinion.
If you would naturally feel uncomfortable making claims or answering questions when you are new, you can feel free to refer anyone who inquires about the SFI program directly to the SFI’s Contact at www.sfimg.com/Contact, etc. This is always best unless you are really experienced with SFI program in general if applicable.
There is not a necessarily to personal phone or contact with your prospects or even customers and it may be only an impersonal email that you sent out to a list of addresses that has piqued the person's interest and now they are doing some research with the links you provided. Usually only if a person replies to the email and asks you to phone them and then you should, as soon as possible, or at least respond to their email right away if they live in a foreign country or it would be a call with long-distance charges.
Anyway, SFI does provide images and graphics that you can use, such as banners, E-Card, Text Ad, and Postcard etc.
