I personally keep lots of items I explain to each new member when they join and then repeat the same with new members. That's duplication. I am a big believer of providing examples.
To personally give you an example most the people are internet savvy and know how to get around the website but when it comes to installing a banner (one of the intermediate actions) it becomes too technical for some of them . I have a ten step solution to this and I always forward this to my existing and the new members.
As their up line you have full access to their Genealogy and you can see what actions they have not completed and you can assist them with the ones they have not performed.
A few members might just ignore your emails but make sure to send important information every week through PSA and CSA mailer.
