2nd Home CSAs like every other affiliate needs attention. Make sure you arouse their interest and create curiosity by the content of message so send across to them. Below is a typical example: -
“By the way, if you haven't looked at SFI lately, log in at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). When you get there, you'll see the new SFI Homepage, which now features a to-do list personalized just for you. This makes everything so simple because all you have to do is start completing the tasks on your to-do list. Each task earns you points and positions you for bigger and better perks and payouts!”
If you want people to stick with you in your SFI business touch their hearts first, they will respond all by themselves.
- Create time and means to identify with each CSAs on one on one. It might be cumbersome but one has to set a pace. I have come to realize that people are happy when you address them by their first name and identify with their problem or performance.
- A little push and words of encouragement is always appreciated
- Give them room to air their concerns or doubts. Acknowledge their problems and give your kind did opinion.
- Pass out information on how you have been able to rise where you are. The up and downs inclusive.
- Teach them what you do.
- Create a contest and reward them
- Be specific as to the need to have them active. For example: -
“Please know that my success is tied directly to yours, so it is in my best interest to help you make it work for you and for our entire team. Do not hesitate to contact me to assist you with anything at anytime. The most important aspect of SFI business is communication and we need to keep in touch regularly so we can all grow as a team.”
You must endeavor to build a real long term business relationship and follow up on them from time to time.
Check their VP Ledger regularly from there you will know whether they are doing the right thing or not. Always educate and point out way out for them.
Your aim is to reach people who ordinarily would not be reached. Helping others grow is your own unique way of growing too.
