In our genealogy reports we can find the details of the affiliates from the second up to the seventh generations. The details such as their SFI number, their names, their sponsors, the dates they were registered, the last log in and the most important of all, the VPs they accumulate which are the key ingredients to recognize who are active and who need a push. Here are my tips;
1. I always include them in my team mail greetings. I encourage them to read the latest news in SFI, I keep them informed about my active members, my competition and my rewards. I tend to make them feel that they are my family. I think by these way they will wonder what a team we have and what makes us enjoy what we are doing, letting them do the same.
2. Tconnect with the members. Recognize who are not active in the group especially those who are not in E365 competition, send them a message. Encourage them to be active again and inform them what are the benefits of having a daily activities in the SFI sites, how they will join the competitions and what will be the rewards and prizes.
3. Let them feel that during the absence of their sponsors, you are there ready to help. Make them feel at home with you.
4. Lead by example. Let them see that you are doing a great job not only doing a great talk.
Cheers!!!
