In my opinion is none are better .Each lesson given there is for a purpose to mentally prepare you and inform you for your challenges ahead.The launchpad is like a chain and a break in the link will weaken the chain.In fact I suggest you use these daily lessons daily digest.Each day do on over and over moth after month.example day one of month do lesson one day to do less two every month until you are bored!Remember
