If you’re a Team Leader the chances are, you’ve been awarded Second Home CSAs. Unfortunately, the inactivity of awarded CSAs is a common problem that each Team Leader faces.
Here are ways to get their attention and become active again:
- First, identify your inactive CSAs using your Genealogy.
- Send them email messages with a catchy Subject Line: Be creative in writing about the latest news on Zebra Games, Knockout Trivia, PTP and so on. Include a link of “Share It”. You should control how often you send them messages, manage your time wisely.
- Send them an Inactive E-Card. This is a great way to win them back. They might have not known about these attractive E-Cards and sending them might stir them up to find out more by logging in to their SFI/TripleClicks account.
- Create a win-back message that clearly communicates the value of SFI/TripleClicks program to them and ensures they know they must confirm in order to continue receiving email from you.
- In regards to messages, to win back your inactive CSAs, you should treat them differently than you treat your active PSAs/CSAs by tailoring the message, the delivery and the frequency.
- Be aware to closely monitor opt-outs and spam complaints as you deploy the message.
