Remember that "routine" varies from sponsor to sponsor, as does the requirement for support vary with the individuals on your team. Check your genealogy frequently to monitor progress in general, and their Snapshots to monitor individuals who may be having difficulties and need your help, if it's nothing but an e-card to say "hello, can I help?" Or send the tip e-Card.
Mostly, follow your instincts, try to see ahead of time who might be needing you. And those who seem to do fine... let them just get your weekly team mail.
