My initial response, to your question, is to send a positive upbeat
Email notification of your arrival as their new Co-Sponsor.
Your positive attitude and energetic message will be transparent
and will start your initial communication in a positive light.
With that in mind, you must now take into consideration;
You will have three types of Second Home CSAs.
Never Active, Previously Active-Now Inactive and Currently Active.
For the Currently Active CSAs it is best to immediately notify them you are their new Co-Sponsor.
Let them know you are an hands on Co-Sponsor and you are there to assist and support them.
Advise them of any contests running for your CSAs.
Offer suggestions, advise, tips based on their activity.
Ask for their input in what they would like from you as a Co-Sponsor.
For the Previously Active-Now Inactive, again immediate notification is recommended.
Ask questions regarding their progress in SFI and why they are no longer active.
If you can solicit a response, you may be able to respond with actionable positive solutions.
Offer an incentive for them to continue and reach a defined progress level.
( Reward for EA status, 1st time or EA2, for example)
State your intention to be a supportive Co-Sponsor and willing to assist at any time.
For the Never Active, a warm welcome and change of Co-Sponsor message, again
with positive feed on SFI and your willingness to be a supportive Team Leader.
I recommend sending a bi-monthly message to all inactive CSAs.
This message should include all your current contests, promotional ideas and the
latest updates within SFI and TripelClicks you feel will be most appealing.
Consistent, not constant, communication with all of your PSAs and CSAs, is what is
most important to building trust in your downline and their confidence in you.
