It will not bite you because you will have the control on whom to give , why to give and whom to reject and what to inform them the reason of rejection. You are not dependent on only those down line members as you are supposed to expand your down line. If you are dependent on only a few down line members for performance and they come to know about it, this practice of incentives will bite you.
