This is really interesting questions.
With so much of SFI&TRIPLECLICKS member advertising online on different website,Search engine,Blog and social media.It seem to be difficult to get Real Active member on our down-line as it looks so simple which the prospect took it surprisingly and complicated which of course is simple plain to understand.
Holding an offline Classes or seminars is really helpful person who are barely Newbie on internet marketing.
I once hold Live campaign which come into real results,Where I teach them every step by step instruction in a simple and Plain instruction.Using online account where I show them How it works and goes further on a big screen with clear illustration.
Yes,Holding Offline Class or Seminars is what I too Suggest and Apply to recruits my down-line,for it is convenient to directly interact again and again with those that join the campaign,offline classes or seminars.
What i would do suggest is to firstly Lunch your Offline Classes to your neighbors,Friends or people of your town who understand your language for I had face so many Language problems with my down-line when interacting and answering to their questions who barely know English.
