If you have PSA's within reach it is a wonderful opportunity to build a strong team if you get them together - but make sure you do not do it too often - it has to be an event they are always looking forward to. For instance - once a month would work for somebody like me - but once a week would be too much.
Variety is essential - you can do workshops where everybody can actively participate and they can exchange ideas. Another good way would be to keep your eyes on your PSA's and if you see one of them is doing very well in one area you invite him or her to lead a class and teach the others about that specific thing.
You might find at some stage that your team is losing enthusiasm and interest - that would be a good time to find a success story and do a motivational session.
Talk to your team, find out what they want to talk about and concentrate on that - if they feel like they are part of it all and what they say and feel matters they are more likely to attend.
A more informal / social get together will also be more likely to be well attended - you want to build a strong team that wants to help each other to succeed because they feel like friends or family - so they would not like to just give up and drop the team. They will have each other for support during those times that they feel they are not getting anywhere.
