Just keep in mind to make it simple, avoid some key-words that might be misleading or fraudulent (example: "One click to earn millions of $" or "Free registration for free $100's" etc.).
Show the new visitors - by example - how to become a good Team Leader, and always keep their morale up! They use the well-known phrase: "Aim high, dream BIG!".
